CPDDET Certified Professional In Designing and Delivering Effective Training at PCU Pertamina Corporate University

Baru-baru ini kami melakukan program CPDDET di PCU Pertamina Corporate University di Simprug Jakarta Selatan Jl Sinabung 2.  Yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan internal trainer yang mampu menjadi pilar-pilar yang mampu mendevelop kapabilitas organisasi sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi .

Acara ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT secara profesional mulai  dari persiapan mendesain dan mendeliver sesi pelatihan dan kursus dengan standar Internasional.

Peserta dimampukan memiliki ketrampilan dan analisa yang baik dalam melakukan TNA, Training design dan juga Training delivery sesuai dengan sasaran dan tujuan organisasi.  Organisasi pembelajaran adalah organisasi yang mampu dan mau pelakukan perubahan total, dengan menciptakan organisasi pembelajarannya mencapai level "CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT".

Acara ini dilakukan selama 5 hari secara total, dan juga menugaskan para peserta untuk menyelesaikan asigment masing-masing dan diuji dan dinilai sebelum mendapatkan sertifikat.

Sasaran pembelajarannya meliputi :
